Nearly two-thirds of Indian travellers believe sustainable travel options are expensive, while 80 per cent are willing to pay more for travel options with a sustainable certification. According to a report by Booking.com, cost, lack of options and changing needs of the travellers stand as major barriers that impede sustainable choice for Indian travellers.
