The acquisition aims to strengthen Vaidam’s digital infrastructure, widen its global footprint, and accelerate patient engagement, particularly in Africa and Southeast Asia. MediJourney will continue to operate independently while benefiting from Vaidam’s wider hospital partnerships and technology systems.
