The Federation of Hotel & Restaurant Associations of India (FHRAI) has accused Agoda of altering commission policies without prior notice, straining hotel partners and raising concerns over GST compliance. FHRAI claims the OTA’s new model breaches contract terms and could lead to financial discrepancies and tax irregularities for Indian hotels.
